Blocking bank cards

If your bank card has been stolen (or you have lost it), you need to block it as soon as possible. When you travel abroad, be sure you have your bank's phone number with you. As soon as your card is blocked, you can lodge a complaint with the police.

You have lost your documents?

If you have lost your documents (transport tickets, ID, visa, etc.) go to the consulate or embassy of your country. If your documents have been stolen, you must first lodge a complaint with the police who will give you a report to take to the consulate or embassy.
